• Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Orders become binding only after Generator Plus has:

• confirmed product availability,

• accepted the order,

• and received any required payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

• products become unavailable,

• pricing errors occur,

• fraud is suspected,

• export restrictions apply,

• payment cannot be verified,

• legal or regulatory requirements prevent completion.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, customers will be notified and an appropriate resolution will be arranged.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods are confirmed during the quotation process.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment must be received before dispatch.

• Orders may not enter shipment preparation until cleared funds have been received.

• International bank charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Generator Plus reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders where payment obligations are not fulfilled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery schedules may be affected by:

• manufacturer lead times,

• customs inspections,

• weather conditions,

• freight carrier delays,

• force majeure events,

• public holidays,

• export regulations.

Generator Plus is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Visible transport damage, shortages, or incorrect deliveries should be reported to both the freight carrier and Generator Plus within 48 hours.

Failure to report transport damage promptly may affect the ability to pursue claims with the carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Products generally must:

• remain unused,

• remain uninstalled,

• be returned in their original condition,

• receive prior return authorization.

Special-order products, custom-configured equipment, and installed products may not be eligible for return.

10. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products supplied by Generator Plus include manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturer and remains subject to their published warranty terms and conditions.

Generator Plus may assist customers with warranty claims but does not provide additional warranty coverage beyond that offered by the manufacturer unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Installation & Technical Advice

Technical recommendations, installation guidance, and product advice are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

Final responsibility for:

• product selection,

• installation,

• electrical integration,

• commissioning,

• regulatory compliance,

remains with the customer or their appointed marine engineer or installer.

Generator Plus recommends that marine generators be installed by appropriately qualified marine professionals.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including:

• vessel details,

• installation requirements,

• electrical specifications,

• delivery address,

• billing information,

• import documentation where required.

Generator Plus cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information supplied by customers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Generator Plus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic losses including but not limited to:

• loss of profits,

• business interruption,

• charter losses,

• loss of contracts,

• loss of opportunity,

• delay-related losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• text,

• logos,

• graphics,

• product descriptions,

• photographs,

• documents,

• downloads,

remain the property of Generator Plus or their respective owners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
